I ate a carnivore diet for 10 years. It gace me a heart attack 2 years ago. Flatlined me. And i have now have severe Coronary artery disease thanks to the years of high cholesterol it gave me

Yes this is true get on a high carb low fat vegan diet keep your daily fat intake at 10 grams or less. Listen to nathan pritikin and dr mcdougal and peter rogers md.
