Ya maybe it was nerves? But honestly I just think I missed Kd7. That just wasn't a move that came to mind. I was thinking of Nf6+ winning the rook next move, but with the king on d7 the rook is defended by the queen obviously. And ya hopefully my next game goes longer! And cool I really hope you like it and get a chance to play it! (Higher chance of getting it with Nc3 first - although if you like your e4 openings a lot there's nothing wrong with 1.e4!) Chess Giant, hey buddy. I have a question I hope you can answer. I am a total beginner. 700 elo. I have a NM chess coach and teacher. Hes telling me chess is 99.9% a game of set ups. I see people getting set up all the time but I cannot seem to set up my opponents. Can you explain how you're able to set up your opponents? I want to better understand how to set people up.

Let’s all just step back and realize that just queuing up and getting a game against a guy like Hikaru is a lifetime achievement. You could’ve blundered your queen on move 2 and resigned on move 3, and it would’ve been more than 99.9% of chess players ever accomplish. Sick game man, I hope I can lose to Hikaru someday too. 👍

If you are a titled chess player on chess.com (IM, FM, GM, NM, etc) you can join but only if you're titled. (They have one for non-titled players too!)

I would say when I was spending hundreds of hours at tournaments trying to hit NM I wanted to perform, and I played the hippo every time.

By the way i have an idea for you : what about followers send you position and you find them a plan for something ? For exemple i like to play de Ruy Lopez but i juste hate other E4 stuff, so i would like to find a sound method to begin with KF3 and to have a choice between double fianchetto system ( not the hippo ) or Ruy Lopez. Even if the oponent go for a scandi i want to be able to do a sound double fianchetto system. Sorry for my english im french

Solomon you played GREAT until Nxh7… (Nf7 forking Q & R maybe was better?). This game should encourage you that you have what it takes to knock off one of the world’s best - if not the best - blur players! Cheers!

You know he opened up like this on purpose for the reason of the time and wants to play confusing for in this way so you have to do all the thinking with no time so let the chief and head programmer show you a true insight since 2005 where and when at one time they did not understand until it was seen and not understood for the reason of it done but find out it works.😮

I actually did just make a course on the EXACT opening I played in this video… so ya I’m trying to back what I’m selling. In the same tournament I played Daniel Naroditsky and played the hippo - and in bullet chess I like to mix openings up since you’re playing so many games. Seeing me hit NM by playing the hippo in multiple tournaments isn’t showing that I’m backing up what I’m selling? But playing in it a bullet game against hikaru would?
