I thought it was just awful. The worst part about Fury Road was Furiosa. I have no idea why people are talking this up, but it's nothing but bad CGI, terrible stunt work, because of course the tiny skinny girl can't really do any of the stuff she does. Kind of good performance by Thor..... but anyhow BLAH. Save your money. You know WHY DO ALL HEROIC FANTASY FILMS STAR WOMEN NOW? Literally every single one. Fury Road was a very high bar. I loved this movie not because it was 'better', but because it built upon and fleshed out what came before it while being really good on its own. I'm still a bit bitter that so many people didn't give it a chance despite the legitimate praise given by the few who did see it. The bitterness intensified by the fact that they were to do another one telling what happened to Max during this time to finish out the Fury trilogy, and that is now scrapped.

Furiousa is by far the best Yin Yang style movie, possibly ever; or at least a very long time. A quick summery/explanation, without spoiling anything. Furiosa is a peaceful being, living in memtal darkness. Dementus is a dark being, living in mental peace. 2 very opposite ends of a chart yet one and the same. Even the smallest amount of hypocrisy is in everyone. The perfect movie, when done right 👌 This is the first and only mad max movie that isn't about max and it was probably the best. Kinda in the same that Rogue One, a star wars movie without Jedi's, did much better than the movies with the Jedi's. I hope that more Mad Max Saga's come to be, because this was amazing. Maybe even a TV show based on it all would be awesome and quite possible now that the franchise has shifted to using more animations and digital effects and not as much practical effects, this movie round. I honestly thought I was going to hate the movie because of digital effects. Many did make me cringe, such as some of the basic driving scenes could've easily been practical; or have had more Fast and Furious style car close ups and such, to blend it all nicely. But over all, now I've watched the movie, the shit editing in some parts just dont matter to me. The story is far too good and well written to really worry. Its got the same sort of, 'back to the basics', 'back to the roots' sorta thing I believe. Just like the first movie, its a very good story, with meaning that hits the majority of audience. I will not go into details of anything in similarities etc. because it will spoil both movies, for those whom haven't seen. The roles of Chris and Anya are the best they've had yet. Looks to be the most fun. I will go as far as saying that there are small bits of both Dementus and Furiosa, in all of us.

Great Movie. I think y’all might be overlooking the idea that Max is Furiosas father. Max waxed Mary Jobassa, giving her his seed which goes along with the seeds and growing things theme. He’s been out in the wasteland and could’ve easily spent the night and bailed on her. I think it makes sense that Mad Max’s daughter is Furious or in this case furiosa. Miller wouldn’t spend all this time on some random chick. She’s his daughter and that will be the big reveal in wasteland. But if you people don’t go to this movie we’ll never know so go to the damn movie so we can get the next chapter and find out. Go!

The reason it bombs at the box office is because people are so weary of girl boss type movies that if a movie even seems like it's a girl boss movie people will be repelled. the failure is due to the marketing and the recent history in Hollywood of pandering and catering to IEG shenanigans. So when the marketing comes off as a girl boss movie because of the history it'll be avoided like the plagur regardless if it merits that or not
