Cooper Hoffman landed the lead role in the upcoming movie based on a Stephen King novel called The Long Walk which will also feature Mark Hamill. His characters name is Raymond Garraty. IMDB showed his character name when he was first added to the movie in Production, but for some reason, they removed it shortly after. His character in that movie is 16 years old, one year older than his character in Licorice Pizza although he was 18 or 19 when he filmed the movie, which by the way, is how old King was when he first wrote The Long Walk. It's actually King's first novel that he wrote in 1966 but it wasn't published until 1979.

Cool that Alana Haim's character is also Alana. Also cool that her family in the movie is her family in real life (both sisters, mom and dad). Alana and her two sisters also make up their band named Haim.

lol if is super cliche and predictable, young people that haven’t seen many films and are still easily impressed will like this, but in 10 years time with more life experience you won’t feel the same. I think looking at the stories individually is somewhat missing the point. The casting encourages you to identify thematic resonances between the stories, as does the ambiguity of RMF.

The makeup scene is the key to the entire film. She's already got her "younger, better self", but that's precisely why she can't feel happy with her own appearance. So incredibly poignant.

I don't have a ton of money, but I saved up money and saw this movie in theaters fourteen times. I love this film! It's great that George Miller is still making great content at his advanced age. The movie tells a compelling origin story and deepens the Mad Max lore significantly. Dementus is a great Mad Max villain and this film is a great addition to the Mad Max franchise.

My most anticipated film this year is predator badlands since AVP is my bread and butter. My second is Jurassic world: rebirth (if it goes as I think, I should be able to skip dominion when rewatching the series). My third is Lilo and Stitch. I’ll probably get into fantastic four when it comes out. Riddick: furya would first or second if I knew what year it was coming out, for all I know it’s next years movie or the year after.

How come missed The Chain?

Most people cried on this teaser is that Superman was totally beaten up and can’t even stand up. The colorful costume symbolizes hope and most of the villains wear dark costume. The super human that beaten up Superman is the creation of Lex Luthor eho wants to destroy him. I think it’s the villain that wears the symbol U like ultra man ?

I'll watch the profitless version when it comes around, until then I'm happy to be spoiled - when it comes to Disney remakes I really couldn't care less about spoilers and I'm certainly not supporting anything without checking out if it was decent first. That's what they get when they stop caring about the quality of their work. I like that the character animation allows for more expression this time around. Still don't like the realistic style the remake went, but that can't really be helped at this point. I've heard two songs, the villain one and the brothers one, they're ok, kind of catchy. Absolutely not impressed by the butchering of Mufasa's backstory, making him in a way the antagonist of what is to be his own origin story and allowing Scar to be interpreted as a poor misunderstood victim who was robbed of his throne by being naive and accepting an intruder into his family. I have no idea what they were thinking... the entire point of these classic character is that Mufasa was a larger than life noble character with no flaws and Scar being a jealous a**hole who was not nearly as smart as he thought he was (but couldn't help but be so charismatic that pretty much everyone watching the original animation loved him, myself included). I hate that the writers of this movie gave Scar so many excuses for his actions later along the line...
