I support Christina because when it was Izzy messing up she wanted no part of it, but Meredith gave her the same we are all in this together speech and she stayed to help. Then she followed them to lie later on. They stood as a unit with Izzy but with the interns everything fell on Christina and they just let it flow 😂

I 100% agree with Christina. She did inform Meredith about her suspicions of Lexie but she couldn't care less. Meredith is very selfish and self-absorbed in this situation.

no, she told her lexie was cutting herself like she was some suicidal or something. Not that she was trying to preform surgery on residents and vice versa. Meredith does't have a real relatonship with Lexie liek AT ALL. and she shouldn' be forced to or forced to care.

I 1000% agree with Christina here. Meredith knew about the cutting and literally every single on of their interns have been missing. like the one eating chocolate is Izzy's intern. Christians interns I think just have more lines but they are all of their interns and in reality they are responsible for all of them and it would be there license the same way Bailey always said that to them.

Meredith didn't know about the cutting at all, it was Cristina who spotted it & told 'em to stop. I admit, Mer did go overboard a bit & could have supported Cristina with Richard seeing as all of their interns were involved, at least Cristina spotted it and thought she'd dealt with it - also, admittedly, Cristina should probably have informed at least the rest of MAGIC that their interns were crossing the line.

Meredith didn’t care to even check on Lexi. As her sister or subordinate. Derrick asked if she would and she said why? 🤦🏾‍♀️ I think Christina definitely could have been like our crazy interns did this and I shut that shit down but the interns also weren’t stopping because they weren’t being reached and I still blame MAGIC for being so involved in themselves that they weren’t paying attention to their interns.

Yeah, Cristina did tell Mer... though it was in this kinda off-the-cuff almost flippant style rather than stopping Mer and actually saying, look, I'm worried there's something very wrong with Lexie - that way even with her (hopeless at this point) way of dealing with the whole sister thing, along with Derek bringing it up, she might've been more inclined to take note. I fully agree all MAGIC are all so wrapped up in their own crap that dealing with their interns has been relegated to a very lowly position. Hell, they're literally not teaching 'em anything!

And christina KNEW Meredith wouldn't care about Lexie cutting herself, nor is it Merediths job to figure it out as she is Christina's intern and only her sister by blood not because they have a relationship and its not merediths job to force herself to be one to her. And chrsitina didn't tell MAGIC squat about it so they coukd alll be on the look out!! the rest of magic were clueless of the lengths of stupidity they would take to learn.

I get both sides of Meredith and Cristina's argument. I love Meredith and "technically" I don't think she did anything wrong. That being said I do believe that the laws of best-friends demands that you always have your twisted sisters back. While I think Cristina saying Meredith "threw her under the bus" is a bit harsh, it did feel like Meredith could have come to her defense (since she does have an "in" with the Chief) at least to share in some of the accountability because Cristina is right to a certain extent....everyones intern was in that room. That means each of our favs were failing to supervise their subordinates, and had been doing that long before the Sadie incident. That being said once Cristina became explicitly aware of what was happening amongst the interns as a superior she had a responsibility and I do think she fell short there.

i think that intern-cutting arc really aggravated me against Christina and the rest of the main crew. just how do you mistreat and neglect your younger colleagues, your STUDENTS, that they willingly injure themselves REPEATEDLY in order to learn? just how do you bully your pupils into silence and submission, that they litteraly cut themselves rather than confide in anyone or ask for help? i understand that there is a pecking order and stuff but these newborn doctors are not just getting all the shit from Christina and the rest (which is also true), but they are not able to get a n y help and they are afraid do ask anyone for it, they litteraly NOT being taught ANYTHING and are being treated like a nuisance. well it looks like Christina just used her interns for boosting her ego and getting their chocolate or whatever. and the fact that Karev and the other three of them had the audacity to say something about "losing respect" for them. yes, the interns did a terrible thing. but did the main crew suddenly remember about respect when their interns did something bad, while not even giving them a glimpse of any respect at the time when they acted fine and you were supposed to TEACH them how to act better and more respectful? because i'm sure that bailey always had an ability to ask "did i fail you?". and these four didn't even think of "sorry for not teaching you right". maybe it is because i'm a teacher, but this whole ignoring-and-mistreating-students stuff just feels like a huge betrayal of any slight hope for professionalism the four main characters could aspire to have. this is just infuriating. and nothing even changerd after this whole affair, they kept on being mistreated... that's honestly terrible.
