hey nl, I noticed you're missing a lot of lethals with blasphemy. a way to think about it is to divide their hp by 3 and just use your intuition to see if you have lethal.

These runs were amazing! NLs getting a lot better at drafting to kill trash (with concludes, wheel kicks, flurry, etc.). Still, we got the northern lion classic of drafting do nothing cards -> where are my cards?!? The wish moment was Omni pogged. The math meltdown + panic using Sands of Time without blasphemy. True art.

Be sure to keep an eye on Stone Calendar when fighting the Transient (the one who's attack is reduced each time you attack), because it triggers on the last turn, meaning you only need to do about 30 damage to be safe.

Good to see NL starting to learn that having a lot of stance enablers isn't necessarily what makes the Watcher strong. Having beaten A20, I think it's served me well not to take Crescendo/Tranquility early - they're good later on if you're short on other ways to enter/leave wrath in an emergency situation, but you basically always want to prioritize big attacks in Act 1. If you do this, then you should never have to take damage against Slime Boss.

It's very meh. Does nothing on some turns, and mental fortress is just better in every way. It also takes up a draw slot. Consider this: would you rather draw Like Water and maybe get 5 block on that turn (albeit with some future upside), or just play something like third eye which blocks for more and scries? It's in an awkward spot where it is slow enough to get punished on hallway and elite fights but not powerful enough to be good against bosses after act 1.

Regarding the situation starting at about 35:30, you actually could have had lethal with Blasphemy. The problem was that you were assuming attacks were doing double damage instead of triple. Bowling Bash for example would have done 78, not 52. The line I see is this: Blasphemy (4 energy left) -> Bowling Bash on Chosen, Chosen is at 103-78=25 (3 Energy left) -> Carve Reality on Chosen for 9x3=27, kills Chosen (2 energy left)-> Lesson Learned on Cultist for 16x3=48, killing Cultist. 0 energy left and you upgrade a card!
