Wednesday definitely liked Tyler waaaay more then she let on, it might have even blinded her a bit to seeing him as a suspect. Its actually kinda sad though because she finally opened up, let him in, kissed him and for that moment was genuinely happy, then bam, he's the monster.

Oddly enough most people figured our that Tyler was the Hyde pretty early on and I think that was on purpose. He was almost blatantly obvious, the one the tripped more people up was who the master is.

Non-spoilery hints from this and previous episodes: At the end of episode 3 (during the awesome Nothing Else Matters cello-accompanied sequence) we see Ms Thornhill enter the nightshades secret library. The first question everyone seems to ask is how did she know the secret snap, but the more important question is _why_ - what was she looking for? In this episode Wednesday gets the info she needs about the hyde from Nathaniel Falkner's diary which was hidden in a safe, which was stolen from Wednesday's room later while she was out on a date with Tyler. But during that same episode 3 sequence we also see Dr Kinbott making the creepy roadkill animals, and the inside of her house was distinctly not full of spiders webs like the Gates mansion. Sure, Wednesday found the same flowers in Laurel Gates room that Kinbott left with Eugene, but who else do we know who knows all about flowers? And besides, we know the master controls the hyde, so the fact that Kinbott was killed by the hyde suggests that she couldn't be the master, since she could just command the hyde to chill out. Other than that, it was kind-of hinted that it wasn't just the monster involved in the killings, someone was also keeping trophies in the form of surgically removed body parts (e.g. the homeless dude's foot was bitten off by the hyde, then someone surgically removed a toe). They also took other trophies like such as Rowan's inhaler and Dr Kinbott's necklace, and planted them in Xavier's art studio for Wednesday to find.

I'd already figured out who the Hyde was by episode 6 and as soon as they said it had a master I knew who that was. That's why I kinda found the last 2 episodes to be disappointing. I really wanted it to keep me guessing right up until the reveal.
