bro a generaly advice from he is that i recommend that u have purpose behind every clip, if u have a brain fog or a moment where ur just waffeling just cut it out. dont try to push the video for 10minutes if u dont have enough content. plus it was a good idea that u filmed urself outside that kinda gave us a different perspective of ur life. most importatly stay consistant with ur uploads, i wanna see u uploading atleast once every day and i will hold u accountable as a subscriber. keep it up, i love it

Great to see that you are having success in getting the first customer. I am also a indie hacker and thought that the market needed this. Created the product for the market but, nobody seemed to use it. Finding how to market the product is critical. Good luck mate. You are going there.

product market fit is very difficult, having to will yourself to the market is key, i recommend watching all the old yc startup school videos from 2014, they’re pure gold
