there is no way to do this with such a short time. they were already pretty strong in basic pull ups and with loads and decided to train the oner arm. that's the only way you can do it with little training time. for example, if you started training basic pull ups from scratch, it will take years to get the one arm.

Climbing requires a lot of finger strength, finger strength that calisthenics atheletes or gym bros do not have. You quickly realise when you need to crimp a boulder, how strong your fingers need to be. That shit takes months if not years to develop.

99.9% of people won't be able to do a one arm pullup in 30 days without some serious pullup training and weighted pullup for years (if they do by chance, then injury is just around the corner as their tendons won't cope with the tension) , I speak from experience as I have oap +20kg,and a 1minute slow one arm pullup and I have been doing it regularly for years, I see people on here commenting that it's just specific training, that's all you need to achieve. It .. that is bull and a cop-out, I never spent lots of time on it, you need an already serious pound for pound level natural pulling strength to even think about it, there is a reason only a very small number of humans can achieve it proper and clean, its a high level strength skill, so respect it💪

You can't increase your strength that much in just 30 days. It means that they were already strong enough to do a OAP from the beginning. It was just a matter of technique and their bodies getting used to the movement. If you are just starting out with pull ups don't expect to spend less than 2 years to achieve this.

More like "I recorded myself trying the one arm pullup for 30 days after years of training for it with weighted pullups, chest to bar pullups, all sorts of muscle ups, and front lever exercises" I get this 'learning fast' style helps grow your channel, but don't you think it would be nice if you let the newcomers to calisthenics know that they won't be pulling one arm pullups within a month unless they also have a few years of calisthenics training under their belts?

As i grew old, i came from 143 lbs at 17 yo to 200 lbs at 45 yo, i lost it a few times like now, but always get it back. I ill improve my fingers strengh and be able to do it again in a few months.
