Climbing requires a lot of finger strength, finger strength that calisthenics atheletes or gym bros do not have. You quickly realise when you need to crimp a boulder, how strong your fingers need to be. That shit takes months if not years to develop.

99.9% of people won't be able to do a one arm pullup in 30 days without some serious pullup training and weighted pullup for years (if they do by chance, then injury is just around the corner as their tendons won't cope with the tension) , I speak from experience as I have oap +20kg,and a 1minute slow one arm pullup and I have been doing it regularly for years, I see people on here commenting that it's just specific training, that's all you need to achieve. It .. that is bull and a cop-out, I never spent lots of time on it, you need an already serious pound for pound level natural pulling strength to even think about it, there is a reason only a very small number of humans can achieve it proper and clean, its a high level strength skill, so respect it💪

You can't increase your strength that much in just 30 days. It means that they were already strong enough to do a OAP from the beginning. It was just a matter of technique and their bodies getting used to the movement. If you are just starting out with pull ups don't expect to spend less than 2 years to achieve this.
