I rememeber the days of Paul posting his 1v1s with some of his clients. He aint just a trainer y'all. Dude can really compete with a lot of pros. It shows you just how good NBA players actually are. 🔥

@@pjfperformance im looking to get your durabillity code program. i have history of patellar tendinitis (jumpers knee) , im currently in season right now and my main priority right now is strengthening my tendons so that i can train harder without getting overuse injuries. does your DC program sound like something that would work for me or should i focus on isos and tendon work first?

Paul great video, you think rfess with pjf extended bands would be a good strength stimulus during basketball season to maintain or increase vertical. I feel like ive been contracting quicker due to the constant tension . I do both fast and slow reps like the occilsting rfess in vert code body weight

Hey P, had a question pertaining to FDF. What's the best way to split my workouts? For example, do the first half of day 1 in the morning then in the evening do the complex landmine, optional arm work and cardio. We definitely need that practice story lol🦑
@pjfperformanceАй бұрын
If you don’t have time to do it all at once then yes get your meat and potatoes heavy lifting done in the morning then do the assistance exercises (like the Landmine complex and direct arm ISO’s) + cardio in the evening.
