There was no reason for them to suspect Dream would be ballsy enough to just stand there among them, and they were just looking at their compasses not at each other's name tags. They are used to assuming he has to be below them when the compass is spinning because he would be shifting underground, hiding his name. So it was just procedure as usual for them at that point.

the boat clutch is fake. It wasn't muscle memory or luck. The crafting table was open for 32 frames when it should have been open for 16 frames. Also, it is not muscle memory either because Dream in almost every video crafts a boat from right to left. not left to right. Finally, you can actually see the boat appear in his Hotbar milliseconds before the dream finishes the craft. Unless you guys believe this was somehow all a glitch, this is an important lesson for you that no matter how real something seems, never trust it without evidence. That being said, his videos are entertaining regardless of whether his videos are real or fake.

I don't think so because after a player gets hit, they have the velocity of falling and if they jump, they have the same falling velocity. Also, velocity in Minecraft is constant when a player is falling. So, I think Dream and rekrap had the same velocity but Dream was laggier so he got more crafting time

@@penguin21036 well just to be technical, there is a difference between the velocity you would have by falling and getting hit off, with getting hit off being a lower velocity. The reason behind this is that jumping gets you higher up and acceleration is constant at -32 blocks/sec^2 so because you go higher you will be accelerating downwards for a longer time meaning you will reach a higher velocity when going by the crafting table. That being said, there is no point in thinking about this because it is pretty much negligible and the main contributor is lag.

@@riptide1889 I watched the video of Dream doing the clutch, and I watched this one too where somebody replicated Dream’s speed with seven hours of practice, starting from scratch... Dream has hundreds of hours of practice from his practice servers, and from an old PvP server where he had to make soups for self-healing at high speed in the middle of combat. And he already knew what he wanted to do and was already amped up to do it fast, he just planned on doing it BEFORE SapNap could knock him off the platform but the furnaces took too long to break. It was a mad scramble on his part. I got all this info from Dream reacting to his own clip and explaining his thought processes.

​@@bradenallen1241 nah he was going to craft the boat up on the tower (u can see that he places it) and also from where he'd opened a hotbar slot and knew where his wood was, but then he gets knocked off- he knew the other crafting table was there because ant had run out of blocks while towering and said so , so he just switched and went for that instead . bsides all of his other manhunt plays require a lot of thinking in a quick time period like with the horse clutch or the ladder one , so this isnt that bad in comparison
