This is the same thing I realised last week. More Practice >> more info

Yup, we just gotta spend less time on seeking information, and more time just practicing, reflecting and seeking feedback.

For the past couple of days I've gotten really into rationalism vs. empiricism - this video is like icing on the cake. Your section on Quantity over Quality reminded me of Volume over Intensity when it comes to exercise. Consistency really is king.

100%, I believe a blend of rationalism and empiricism is needed for any level of success, as opposed to being committed to one way of thinking through out.

The greatest thing I took from this video was the feedback aspect. I did the Review process, and I thought that was simply enough because I'm reviewing it. I'm doing Gibbs on it, but it's funny how it's true: I am going very easy on myself, and progression with this method does get quite slow. It looks like I'll have to post R^3 videos soon.

It's got to feel uncomfortable, otherwise, you ain't doing it right

I know a bit about this, but I still don't prioritize quantity and external feedback enough. I'll try to change that this week.

I eventually did daily record and review practice in late 2023....not a fun time but a very fulfilling one.

Great video as always Tan, I've been neglecting the R3 recently telling myself after my exams I will have enough time for it but seriously I can see myself using urgency trapping as an excuse after that as well...

Great reflection here Yumi, I was noticing too that there weren’t many r^3d on your end, but it’s all good! Looking forward to seeing it around on the community 💪

Upon analysing you're reflections, some of them can be applies to us and some of it cannot, because obviously we all are different ppl with different backgrounds grounds and different upbringing, I do advice you to check out book of how to get better at anything by scott h young, or you can use rail method by justin too

Hey @silentghost9710, thanks for the comment, and yes, agreed with you on that point. I realise that is the nature of these reflection type videos, some people can relate, some can’t. I’ll add these readings onto my to do list and see how they may fit into video production. Thanks for the suggestions.

@@tanzeerbhuiyan make the small correction of book name, its get better at anything, not "how to get bettter at anything ".

I was thinking about video idea, on how an teen or early 20 year old can earn his 1st salary through what ever, but rather then talking about passion or stuff, it will be more helpful if you talk about general frame work on how one can do it, as well as what are the skills that are required for early 20 year old to set him self for success which he did not get to develop it in his teens

This is just an idea from my side, totally up to u to do it or not, if you don't no hard feelings, will continue watching you
