Well 3 days ago i was at supermarket just shopping and i saw 2 white guys walk in and literally just started loading a lot of coffees in some big Lidl bag.They were not even hiding that they were stealing right in front of me.I didn't do nothing, i just pretended like there were not even there and watched them leave the store.Why they had stolen so much coffee, i do not know.But the shopkeepers noticed them and chased them and i did not see what happened next.I just continued with my shopping and on my way out i saw the same shopkeeper who chased the thieves, was putting back the coffee that the thieves try to take.I think they got the coffee back from them. Dont know how,Maybe help from the other shoppers.The point is that stealing is wrong, and thieves only stop stealing unless they steal from the wrong person.

There are few thieves as well as pickpockets. But it's not because all Koreans are pure and nice. In Korea, electronic payments like Samsung pay are so popular that few people carry cash. if someone steal card or cell phone, the police will track as soon as it is used. And every street and building have a CCTV and a black box on the car. Even if I leave things in a cafe or subway for hours, no one touches. The environment makes manners.
