It’s mainly for clothing sellers. In fairness I spent 3 months in the group & it totally transformed my business. You only really need a couple of months in there to learn to optimise listings & set up the correct process. It is quite clicky in there though & some people have no idea what they are doing but if you listen to the right people in the group it’s worth joining for a few months.

Yeah the problem is people who want everything for very little effort, they wanted the "3 easy steps" method that makes you rich overnight. Unfortunately for the lazy people tech teaches you how to build a business properly which actually takes a lot of hard work and people don't like to hear that.

I love the technsport group, I have learned so much from it and it has changed my business, mindset and even lives completely. I think the group is what you make of it. He never promised to give you sourcing leads or make ebay easy. It's a business mindset group where we focus on growing our business and mindset of success. It's not hard to find a pinned post in the Facebook group and its pointless to answer the same thing 100 times if you already provided the information numerous times. We all need to make some effort to seek the knowledge as well. I really enjoyed hearing from you in the group, and I'm sorry you won't be in the UK call anymore. 😊 And my quote was " we are only worried about making all the money on an item compared to some of the money when we are bad at sourcing." To be honest I have listened to Tech when he was with Daily Refinement as they both have relaxing voices. I thought Tech sounded about 65 years old with his life experience, I was shocked when I finally saw him on video! Personally I just got any advice they gave for free but took it with a pinch of salt when Chris got kicked off Ebay. I think it does come across like a bit of a cult in that his followers seem to look up to him a bit too much.

I also noticed there top rated is different for them they dont have to offer free postage to be top rated, I've been constantly debating turning off free postage as people just seem to think its free for me to when making offers lol And when they return for not liking or not fitting i lose the postage costs.

I'm sorry you didn't find value in the group. Almost a year for me and I have doubled my sales. In a industry where we usually work alone, I find the 24 hour call the most value as there is always someone who can answer your questions or just an encouraging chat about where we are in our businesses (both USA & UK people). There are some incredible UK resellers in the group and it is so inspirational to surround yourself with people who are doing great things.

Im in the group but dont use it as much now my business has changed massively. I agree with you its very US focused with a lot of the info on brands etc but the business related content is the same worldwide. Some UK sellers have done tremendously well going to 100k + in a few years. It wouldn't be for everyone and i think you covered why it didn't suit you fairly. If you want Amazon content Next Level Reselling is good for getting started 👍

Interesting points- I left Chris’s group to go to technsports Might try Daz Smith and Sam/ Kieran’s next level resell. Mostly UK folks NLR was mostly Amazon info, but they have an eBay segment. I like the networking aspect of technsports- the UK resellers are all on insta. Some of us will be at the reseller summit next month. As for the calls, the playbacks can be insightful when I’m listing or photographing. You’re very established though…I started less than a year ago 😊

I watched the first video he put out, asked a sensible question about his SKU system and got shot down-his answer went against his system IMO and the US market is so very different to the market here it’s virtually irrelevant. I recently bought 15 boxes of CD's totalling @2,000,which were Charity Shop excess stock.I paid a pittance for them and having gone through and cherry picked al@200 ostensibly for my own collection, I'm now ready to shift them on at rock bottom prices,which I started doing at a boot this week.Found a buyer who wants bulk so will get my cash back reasonably quickly at the same time freeing up space for the next bulk buy offer(should one come along).Trying to sell them individually would leave me stuck with them for an eternity so I'm happy to go this bulk buy route.Whats left will go to auction.However,just like vinyl, cd's will make a real comeback one day and my little plan will fall apart😂

I look at the £35 this way. If your bottom line profit is 10% then you have to make £350 in sales to cover it. I also think that the Americans have the easier time sourcing but get a lot of aggravation from buyers.

Totally agree with you. I joined it and found that a lot of the chat was about sourcing, brands and postage which are just not relevant to us in the UK. So, I too have cancelled. The morning call is good for motivation but no good for us at 2.30 in the afternoon. I’d rather turn my £35 into £140 for my business 😊

If you have to delist and relist then to sell your items then your not picking good items. Why spend the time relisting an item you already put the time into instead of taking that time and listing another quality item? He obviously knows what he's doing if he's doing millions on eBay lol

Wrong. What if the value of the item went DOWN from when you listed it? The item will algorithmically be better off by ending-and-selling-similar at a lower price. Many clothing shoppers only sort by 'newly-listed', so that's another reason. I've sold millions on ebay too, for 24 years. Re-listing only takes 2 seconds. TechNSports is out of touch. He sells a lot of stuff for 50% off from what he could easily get, - because yes, he can afford too...but his impressionable worshippers copy him and go out of business. @@WhatWouldHappenShorts
