After hundreds of years laboring for everyone else, I'm so overwhelmed with joy seeing us choose ease. I wish my ancestors had this opportunity, but it can start with me while they root me on.

I love that people are intentionally taking care of each other, that's Beautiful! I wish I was Brave enough to get away. Tired of people always seeing me as the 73 y.o. grandmotherly Caretaker! Took care of Mom when she was ill, of course I would, but No one else helped! Took care of an Alcoholic husband, Took care of a demanding sister, took care of another sister- finally got her to go see the Doc- diagnosed with Alzheimer's, why she was acting the way she was! I want to take care of Me too! Tired of babysitting a disrespectful grandchild, and taking care of their shepherd and pitt- not being paid. Evelyn I admire you, getting away. 👍♥️

I've been the family caretaker too and it's exhausting. Now I'm dealing with my own health by myself and they basically refuse to acknowledge my illness. I've been setting more boundaries and I'm leaving next month. I encourage you to get out if and when you can. It's never too late and you deserve to have the care and rest you need.

Making time for myself is a new goal, Reclaiming my Time! I joined the Goodwill Community Center recently, which has Bingo, FUN Exercises, a Pool table, Bible Study, a Walking Group, Arts n Crafts, etc. Also, I can go a couple of places for Water Aerobics. It's Great being with other Seniors who are On the Move! The Center offers a free good lunch- worth it, cost $5.00/ mo to enjoy it all! And they travel together, once a year for a certain price, which takes care of room and board, 2 meals a day, excursions and getting there and back! ..Think I may rent a Travel Trailer next Summer and enjoy 'me time'! 👍

1st i h have to thank you for being honest and truthful about your experience in the United States as a woman of color. I am also a woman of color who is feeling battered, emotionally traumatized, and barely recognizes herself lately. I already had issues with self-esteem luckily as a young woman and a teenager I was so much into my own world I didn't even recognize what was going on in this country until I got much older. I live in upstate New York I relocated in 1989. This must be one of the most racist, white superiority driven places in America. Talk about Souless, I never imagined it could be so traumatizing just to get up and live like a conscious, loving, caring and natural human being. I always try to convince myself there's a better way to live without all the stressors that are affecting my health and, emotional and mental state of mind. I'm literally in tears because listening to you its like listening to my conscience and I so understand all the different subjects you speak about. This is to be continued. Again thank you so much 💕 for being a real woman of conviction and truth. You are a true inspiration.

Sorry you’re having a hard time. I relate. You sound like an empath. Start positioning yourself to relocate. Then start taking trips to see where you might prefer to be. There’s somewhere Ob this earth that’s better 4u. Meanwhile imagine a bubble around you that protects you when you’re around hateful ppl. It works. God bless. (Let go & follow God).

Wow! Stephanie, I truly admire you and the other woman this has said enough is enough and taken off to travel and fine. We didn’t it changes and begin a new great life! I noticed, or maybe I don’t have the correct info, most of the woman, if they have children or grown with at least 18 years of age, I haven’t heard too many of them mentioned that they have more than one health challenge, I know we believe most people that read this say just making excuses I’m keeping it real! I truly am married those women no matter what challenges they have they overcome them, I have never ever thought about travel with the health channel that I have going by myself! Although, I’ve been wanting to get out of the United States for a long time, it is ruthless, uncompassionate, Barbara CIST, unkind and go soon! I was having a conversation with a woman which they called Thanksgiving, and she talked about Mexico and the cartel, she said who would want to travel somewhere like Mexico, I replied and said everywhere Mexico is not about the cartel I didn’t go into anymore because I don’t know a whole lot about Mexico, but I do know that more than several women some families have moved to certain parts of Mexico, and they are HAPPY with JOY!!! We shouldn’t have to use what lead the United SNAKES, to enjoy Living a great life, there no freedom here, people said you’re wrong. You have more freedom and the United SNAKES, anywhere else in the world, will look at the baggage that comes with it to me it’s not worth! I haven’t expanded my horizon, about living abroad in too many places, because I thought it was impossible, but listen to your experiences and bopping around the world. It’s really changing my mind, I’ve shared your content with a lot of women, including my daughter, they like what they hear I want to be happy with joy, and going to make every effort to be on that list! I know this is a long message Stephanie Perry, and all the other women they have made the great change. I wish all of you much blissfulness.🥰
