G.m. put a variable power assist steering on the rear of many power steering pumps. Get the delete kit if you have this on your pump. Makes the steering "pinky light" all the time,but it's more predictable imo. Fwiw, I live in South Glen's falls and daily a white 94 E36. Gathering up ls swap parts so thanks for the videos.

What manifolds are you using? Did you use stock flanges on them? I did my set up in 2013 but I built all my stuff.

I used F body Camaro manifolds and cut the stock flanges off and welded v bands. What set up do you have?

Makes me want to ls swap my drift car and lately I’ve been goin to drift events and seeing ls swapped e36’s especially sedans n they sound crazy!

air in the power steering line can cause excessive noise... can jack up the front end, with the engine running quickly cycle the steering rack left too right and back again for up to 5-10 minuets. "depending on the size of the fluid reservoir the cycling may need to be repeated several times with an hour long pause between cycles as well as a small fluid top up"

not addressing the problem can lead to oil seal failure inside the steering rack... the wheels will turn hard to one side as the engine rpm goes up.

What tire size do you use?

I think they are 245/45/17 in the back. But they are M and H Racemasters and they seem to run big.

12.5 - 12.9 is lean on boost man. Should be around 11.2 - 11.5 AFR.

@@LowBoostFilms we just did m52b28 swap on my buddy's 318ti in a weekend. Now I feel like I need a truck 5.3 and a sedan e36 to poop on him lol

M52 is a good engine, great for boost. LS is much simpler though. 5.3 can make good power NA
