If you have a blender peel the onions and even put garlics in it and bottle it put in the refrigerator so when you season your chicken are meat, and fish it is ready, I do that all the time.

38:06 Whenever I buy onions on sale and cannot use them right away I chop or slice them, fry them in oil then place on cookie sheet in bunch sizes I will use, then place in freezer until they have froze enough to hold shape. Then I place in plastic bag or container and freeze. It is a perfect way and time saver to have onions peeled cooked and ready to go.😊
