I lifted my JL Rubicon! Here's what happened!

I'm 68 and in the late 80's and early 90's I drove a 1982 K2 Jimmy 6.2L diesel auto with a 4" Rancho lift as a daily driver. Drove it from the D/FW area to Houston and Ar. many times.

I just bought a 2024 Wrangler Sport 4DR 2.0L automatic that came with a 3.5" Teraflex lift with 18" Fuel's on 35" Nitto's.

I have Falcon shocks but they have no reservoir which I am very proud of. I HATE leakage of any kind.

I'm still deciding if I'm gonna Grab a Rubicon or a BIG OL' "A"'TEAM. VAN. But if I do grab the Rubicon It's gonna be a 2.5" lift with 35"s. That's all I need... Nice Job Dude.... 👍

If you have a Rubicon, why did you need the quick release end links. Does your not have the swaybar disconnect inside?

It all came in this teraflex kit, mounted them and then reached out to teraflex to get the bolts for the extended links. Didn’t want to give the wife’s Jeep back to her without the sway bar hooked up.

Is it necessary to take it to align after raising it 2” of suspension? Can someone tell me? Thank you in advance

@@luar335 no, it’s not necessary you can get the steering wheel close to straight by adjusting the drag link yourself. A computer and laser can get it dead nuts though.

I think that year Rubicon comes stock w a 2.5” lift. So when you say you added 2.5 over stock. Is that a 5” total lift? I noticed you still have a full length front bumper w those 37s. Looks like there’s still plenty of room. Looks awesome ..

They dont come lifted,the fenders come raised up which gives an illusion that theres a lift

Huh? A 2018 rubicon doesn’t have auto disconnect sway bars ?

Teraflex sent me sleeves for the front sway bars. Was able to use factory hardware and bolt them

Rubicons come with Auto sway bar disconnect. y would u need aftermarket quick disconnects?
