Have you heard about the Andromeda and Mastema mods? They are two really well designed and balanced characters with their own cool and unique unlocks. Andromeda focuses on planetariums and has an intrinsic tiny planet, whilst her tainted version is based around black holes with a very unique shooting mechanic and a way to spawn items on demand (But room items dont spawn). Mastema is based around devil deals with intrinsic duality and Prayer Card but all items cost hp. Their tainted version is based around broken hearts instead with an intrinsic Satanic Bible and the ability to remove broken hearts through sac rooms and sac spikes in the devil room.

I think I understand how the item works- So whenever you don't use it for a floor (I think) you get another item added to what you can get on one pedestal, Like adding Issac's birthright effect to it every floor. And when you use it, It basically does Tainted Cain's item effect and removes all the extra items that you can get and you need to restart it.

mod my rules with this settings make all items rolls until he will be 4 quality. So every time this works glitched crown make cycle 4 quality to random and if second item is not 4 quality, mod rerol it, its reset crown effect, so crown try to cycle "new" 4 quality again. "Infinity" cycle its ends only if crown roll five 4's quality in a row
