That chronic pain is definitely a lot of fun to live with wouldn’t you agree! 😩 I learned as a youngster that it’s my fault, in my tweens and teens no matter how hard I tried, it was always my fault, during my twenty and thirty-somethings even when it wasn’t my fault it was my fault; in my forty’s it was still my fault now in my mid-fifties I’m living alone and guess what I’m no longer the scapegoat and it’s not my fault but my two little shih tzus fault! Haha I really don’t have a problem admitting things are my fault but it’s a total bummer when you know blame is shifted to you and it’s really not your fault, well that sorta sucks! Hi Jim. Very good video! Really enjoyed this. Been watching you for several years and I've always enjoyed your down-to-earth style, you don't sugarcoat everything. You're a wonderful "real person". That's a great example that you used, how you leave in your mistakes in the cooking videos. I love seeing that. Because I might encounter something like that while making a certain dish, and then I use your guidance, such as how did he fix it or what did he do to change it or how did it come out, etc. That's one of the things that I really enjoy about you. Because as you said, everyone makes mistakes. I'm so glad that you started making more videos on this channel again also. Many of them have helped me out over the years.
