For instance some cancer treatments wipe out your immune system completelt, thats already weak from the cancer, and while under treatment you are very vulnerable, but once your treatment ends, say the cancer is fully defeated and you achieve remission, your immune system will bounce back to the point youre no longer considered high risk. Might not be 100 of what it was before but it will rebuild to close to that. Childhood is not the only time you can build your immune system up, its just probably optimal as part of normal development.

It was based or at least inspired by a real life story of a boy who was born and put in a machine imediatly after being born otherwise he would die, the machine looked like a bubble, there he spent 11 years of his life, when the doctors finally made a special suit for him to walk around for a while, then he finished school, graduated, and, correct me if I am wrong, applied to laws, just mindblowing.

That's not how it works. This is a fictional movie, but irl you never 'develop' an immune system. People that have this disease nearly all die within a year, and if they survive that they may live for another decade in a bubble until they get unlucky and catch a cold and die. It's a horrible disease and there is no cure.
