I’d be too afraid to live there. They hate strangers and if I got left out for the parade like Cody… I’d go on a path of vengeance. When Cody got left outside, I lost all care for the residents.
@hexxidelux6224 Жыл бұрын
And that's the problem. People don't know how to show care or compassion for others, and I bet you would revel in that fictional town all suffering, right? They already do, kid. They don't trust outsiders for a *reason.* For many reasons, actually, especially in a town that keeps changing and throwing new horrifying things at the residents who can never leave, even in death. *No, that most certainly does NOT excuse their behavior, but it does explain it.* You should pity these fictional people. You know, before there were public hospitals, pregnant women often died on the front steps of private hospitals. A law was passed and that changed, but how do you feel about your own community now? Your grandparents (or great-grandparents I suppose, if you were born after the 90s) were alive when people all over were letting that horrible thing happen. Nothing changed until a law was passed.

Always, my friend! I'm behind with my listening... if only life wouldn't get in the way! I'm playing catch-up with your uploads, and replaying my faves, so just know... I'm always here! Sooner or later 😂😎❤

2nd time for me but I fell asleep after the 1st 30 minutes. Sigh. Can't lay down while listening.

This is an interesting anthology-like story. I feel like there’s more to be told, like, was the infighting the thing the Angel was talking about? Because it doesn’t seem like it. There’s a whole story here, and I want it (I think).

Sadly, I’m pretty sure the last point pine anthology story was posted 4 years ago on Reddit 😭

Pretty cool that Clint Eastwood lended his voice to some of Lighthouse's earlier work.

I love Point Pine stories. I love all stories about strange towns. Great narration, as usual. Your voice is a balm to me. Thank you so much.

First time listening to you and i immediately found your voice relaxing and that alone would keep me listening so thank you. I absolutely loved this story especially how there were different characters with a variety of experiences. It was very comical to say the least. And as it would be interesting to live there, i think i'd pass.
