American inculcate from kindergarten the sense of America first from day one. The leaders at every tiers of government exhibit the same characteristics. The children sees that at every level of his or her growth over the years. Hence it becomes naturally part of who you become. Africa must completely rearrange the fundamentals importance of country first before personal. Leadership at every level must exhibit these characteristics. It's just that simple.
