A lot of people who say South Africa feels like Europe or America have not visited rural South Africa. The beauty of our rural areas is very impressive. Check some videos of the wild coast in SA.

Excellent discussion! I enjoyed my stay at One Africa overall but the downside was showering with cold water. I could not get with that part. Going without AC is more manageable than not having a hot shower at my convenience. I was so happy to hear the new management implement a few upgrades.

In hot countries why would anyone want to bath with hot water, cold water is anyway the best for our body, cold water is good for our immune system

Hot showers is actually bad for our health when doing on a consistent basis. Taking cold showers in Cameroon wasnt easy but I understood its purpose

I have been to Ghana, but I never use warm water, I live in Europe and I know it’s best to shower cold it’s best for the immune system, each morgen after showering using warm water, I shower cold and this build a stronger immune system

@@sophiemclarke6556 It is for me because I had aunts that lived way pass 100 and was able to fill in a lot of the pieces on my mom side They even give names that none of my mom sisters or brothers could remember really except for a surname
