For such an educated man, it it incredible how many basic facts he got wrong: 1. 'Black' was a term given to Africans by Europeans (who called themselves 'white') this happened during "Bacon's Rebellion" (look it up). The terms were not chosen randomly - In most cultures, white represents good, and black represents evil; "White" was the label chosen by Europeans for themselves to signify "purity" - and "Black" was supposed to represent "evil" and "debased" - i.e. people who were fit for nothing more than enslavement (i.e. to justify the enslavement of Africans by Europeans). The term "Black" as refers to people, did not exist before enslavement of African; "Africans" themselves, back then, did not see them selves as "Africans" (or related) - they saw themselves as Akan, Yoruba, Igbo, Mande, Mossi ... whatever. It is ironic therefore, that he has taking ownership of a name foisted onto his ancestors, by his so called "enemies". 2. 'Khemet' is NOT the root word for Chemistry. 3. He is saying that if someone is African, then he would automatically trust him over a white person. I think the racism he experienced in America has poisoned his mind. He will do well to remember that enslavement of Africans would not have been possible without the help/deep involvement of fellow Africans (this is not to make any excuses for the horrors, or the lasting effects of that enslavement - e.g. the whole concept of "Blackness" and the stigma associated with it etc.). It is true that MOST (ALL?) white people can't empathise with the "weight" of "Blackness" - but that doesn't make them necessarily evil - it is just human nature; if something doesn't affect you, you don't tend to think of it much, or you think it is not a big deal - human beings are generally selfish, and only think about what affects them, so it should be understood from that point of view, rather than the simplistic hatred that he is espousing. He has some great ideas - and he makes great points about the colonisation of the body and spirit - and I LOVE his quote "imaginary white boy on a stick", but his hatred is blinding him - which means he won't be able to achieve much, because he will attract similar energy to him, and he will also miss (naive but willing) "white" people who could help in some way, and instead go for an African who will sell him out - just because he trusted him by skin colour - a very simplistic idea that an educated man like him should have weaned himself off long ago.

You don't need such a premature mindset on your Plattform. In no way China can hire someone like this brother as an English Instructor. China have far more qualify and efficient English Instructors to this brother. If you have not been somewhere or spend a good length of time somewhere that the wrong seeds have been implanted into your mind by the media(Social Agents), and education you received in the schools, you wouldn't know what the people living there are experiencing. Furthermore, while is true you are doing these contents to put some dollars in your pocket, think of the long-term effects you are creating for the viewers of your contents. African and Africa are where it is, because we have and continue to empower our enemies with our best, and also continue to enslave(colonize) the youth for our enemies. Apart from the media(Social Agents)and other channels that are being use to colonize Africa and African up to this day, some of these brothers(African) are the colonizing Agents of the Western nations (European). If you think about yourself as individual(as an African or Black Man and Woman), you have disowned(Alienated) yourself as father and mother of many nations, and loaded your mind with the philosophy of the western that destroyed your ancestors. The Economics in Africa is what we have, but we can work with that and lift Africa up for our reincarnation, and the roles Africa have continue to play in the History of "Human beings".

Max was the one who I found on KZbin to learn how to find deals. I worked fulltime and was a realtor part time so it became a little much trying to raise my son too. I took my son driving around teaching him what to look for. I found one deal but it fell through. I must say it works if you work it. The whole thing for me is to learn the process because it helps me in my investments today in real estate and now even in Africa.

As Africans and Nigerians especially we need to start changing our narratives. fear and scaremongering won't do us any good. The very rich Nigerians and Africans are in their homelands doing good. If we keep scaring ourselves and our brethren in the diaspora away with the kind of news our colonial oppressors want, we are only undoing ourselves because we will stagnate growth and scare off investors. But imagine that the Chinese, Indians, Americans, Europeans etc are all over Africa doing business, but ironically, our own Africans in the diaspora are constantly scared away or are shy of coming to their fatherland to thrive and invest. We can do better. Your home is your home, Stop the scaremongering so we can see inflow of diaspora investments. As for those in the diaspora, you have only one home, and if you let the scaremongering in the media deceive you, you will end up regretting not doing what you planned to do today in many years to come. Be wise!!

This was not an eye opening conversation but a very vague non reasoned conversation about "opportunities" that were never revealed. The investor (Max) knew nothing about the economy of AFRICA let alone East Africa which was very apparent when at minute 56 Max was unable to state any NON BLACK success story in the WHOLE of AFRICA!!!!!!!. There is no reason why land in Zanzibar would be rising at astronomical levels. There are opportunities in Africa but we heard nothing of them. No comparisons with similar countries etc were made. Very vague indeed.
