When you skip breakfast where your first meal is at lunchtime, it's called Intermittent Fasting. It's a great way to lose weight while keeping your muscle mass. You will have more energy cause you are running off ketones and be more alert and feel better. I don't know how people can't function by going to the gym every day or two. The human body is designed to be moving where anxiety and depression build up the more passive we are.

eeh whenever you don't eat is called intermittent fasting :p works the same way if you eat breakfast and no dinner. The ketones thing is bullocks as far as I know but by all means, show some evidence to support it. Just aim at a 9 or 6-hour eating window and it does not seem to matter what time you eat. Skipping breakfast is certainly more practical if you got a day job but that really is up to each individual what they prefer.

Love the ideas, I will also follow a few ideas and tweak a few ideas for myself. I'll use 15 minute increments for projects and will definitely eat breakfast and lunch. I've already started blocking calls and ignoring social media between the hours of 9 to 5 Mon-Fri....and IT WORKS!!!😃 Kudos to all who seek a better, more productive life!🙃

I like this. I am going to try to implement some of this, too. Although, I am not an office worker. I do manual labor, so 100 hrs a week might be difficult to obtain. But, since I don't have a wife and kids, I can easily sacrifice Sundays to work, as well. Also, in 2017 I got down to only 4 1/2 hrs of sleep. I think I will try to work back down to 5.

I used to do everything you talked about, but I can do it for half a year. Actually, it happens on me every year. The very productive first half, the catastrophic laziness second half. I'm trying to overcome it too... by writing more.

Lets be honest. Whatever the routine is, you need a massive goal in mind. You dont need to do all this if you are, i dont know, an employee doing something that if you die, the opening would be listed next day.

I’m 30 years old and through most of my life I’ve never eaten breakfast unless I didn’t eat the right amount the day before. I rarely feel sluggish and I’m more of a morning person. But recently I’ve been eating breakfast and I’ve noticed that I seem hungrier on the evening and feel like I’m less of a morning person now. I have less energy on the morning but more energy in the evening. My daily routine changes with the wind though so it could have outside factors. Breakfast feels like a choir to me

This is my personal views. 1) The 6 hours dream can be tough for someone and easy for others, depends on you or in how you adapt to it, some psychologist said that the 8 hours dream is the recommendation, but not the rule, there are people that need like 10 hours and others that do it just fine with 6. 2) The 5 minutes routine I saw it pretty rough, i am pretty against multi tasking and I crearly prefer doing the classic hour and half for working and 20 mins for breaks (the 45/10 mins also work fines), but if worked for you maybe could work for other people in the chat. C) i am pretty surprised that elon doesnt do exercise (or at least he doest mention it), but everyone healthy person should try to do exercise everyday of the weak, it can help you more with the stress that meditating because you are literally draining your energy and keeping fit, the best time for me is in the morning, but is understandable that some people do it in the night because in the morning they have to work. Very educative video, i will keep some tips

Elon Musk says he spends 80% of his time doing engineering, and he sleeps 6 hours a day. Let’s do the math: 24-6=18 hours left, 80% of 18 hours is 14,5 hours. He is also the CEO of Tesla, which is a full time job. He is also CTO of SpaceX which is full time job. And he spends 5 hours at Neuralink. Let’s add the numbers: 14,5+8+8+5=35.5. So Elon Musk works 35,5 hours a day

Are you serious or being sarcastic. I hope you are serious 😄
@christoforosmeziriadis70164 жыл бұрын
No I'm not being sarcastic. That's what you have to believe, if Musk is telling the truth about how many hours he works. It's simple math. He says he works 80hours a week, 80/6 days, that's 13.3 hours of work per day. He also said that 80% of his time he spends on doing engineering. 80% of 13.3 hours, is 10.5 hours a day of doing engineering. He is also the CEO of SpaceX. Being a CEO, is a full time job( at least 8 hours). And he said that he sleeps 6 hours a day. If you add his total working hours, and his sleeping hours, 10.5+8+6=24.5 hours. Where does he find the time to do interviews or travel around the world and drive his car and spend time on Twitter ?
@ayanda12714 жыл бұрын
Lol either the genius has a flawed arithmetic or you are wrong, which is more likely? 😅 And btw, the 80% in engineering and the 6 hours of sleep is all time spent on "average" practically assuming. Your addition of CEO and CTO roles as full time jobs, separately is a very unfair wouldn't you say? 😂 A day has 24hrs, always. We have so many roles as individuals, if we were to count them like you count we would have 100hrs/day 🤣🤣
