I really like the character Gwen Bedford. I wish the writers hadn’t chosen to kill her, but instead developed her more. The tenderness between her and John Morgan is heart-rending. An earlier episode touched on the closeness between Gwen and Nathan, a closeness more deeply felt than demonstrated.
