My late wife and I watched this show religiously when it was first aired. I have always been an avid watcher of film. Over the years I have become somewhat of a movie snob. Well, not somewhat. You have brought this back to me and have reinforced my confidence in my discretion of good performances. What a wonderful series. It's not your fifties Leave It to Beaver, though I liked that also. All the characters have flaws and the plots are plausible, a must in my book for good theater. Thank you for giving me the chance to experience it again.
