Hey bud, there’s a printable PDF for this on the COMANDOLIN Studio Patreon page. Even if you’re not interested in the lessons, you could sign up for $5, download any of the PDFs you want and then cancel. There’s quite a few there you may dig as well as this one. Of course, I’ll keep adding them there as I go :) Have a great day down in TX!

Great lesson friend. Thank you for the lesson! Watching from Cape Town, South Africa. 🥳 Note: I suggest putting the key into the title and description. That will help to rank you higher when a user searches “I’ll fly away key G” Best regards and thanks again for sharing. 🙏🏼⭐️

@@pablo6305 - It doesn’t sound too tough. I should be able to get at the very least the main melody done with the tab play along like I did the “Move It On Over” up within a few days. Hey, I appreciate the kind words - if I was closer, I’d be happy to split a pitcher with you :)

@@pablo6305 - Hey bud, I’ve a good gist of the thing. Are you on either the Patreon or the Facebook page? I can make a quick video and it’s much easier to either send it to you or post it there. Find me on Facebook at least and I’ll have something very soon. In the meantime, it’s all D, B minor and E minor with an occasional A thrown in. The entire melody is in the basic D major scale. Play the scale along with the song and you’ll hear it in there. Use - D string: Open, 2nd fret,4th fret, 5th fret A string: Open, 2nd fret, 4th fret, 5th fret Play those notes along with the song and any of the will sound great and the melody is in those notes. Again, find COMANDOLIN on Facebook and I’ll have something up shortly :)

Here’s the basic progressions - Verse: D,Bm,D, Em,G,Bm,A Chorus: D,Bm,D,Em,G,A D,Bm,D,Em,G,D Notice the only difference in the chorus is the last chord. First time through,it’s A and D the second time. Hope this helps :)
