It happens. Teams go for a manager with a more attack minded, ''flamboyant'' philosophy and they struggle. Birmingham did it before with when they got rid of a manager for Zola who was looking to implement a more ''flashy'' style, and they nearly went down. Westham tried it with Manuel Peligrini but it didn't work out. It's difficult when you don't have the players or experience to do that.
