This is really inspiring, I'm 17 years old and I'm currently 257 lbs. I hate being the weight that I am and have been for so long. And because I'm still in highschool whenever I try to work out and stay on a constant grind I get knocked of in the first few says because of how much work i get piled with. I'm really curious to know what he did and the steps he took to shave down that weight because I want to have my own story like that and feel the accomplishment of making it to that point

Some advice that I would give you is to eat in a calorie deficit, and try to be as active as you can. Make sure that the calorie deficit is manageable, and that you can stick to it easily, so don't starve yourself. You also don't have to do rigorous exercises to lose weight, just make sure you keep your body in motion instead of being in one position for a long period of time. The results won't be instant, but they will be consistent. Even if you only lose an average of 1 pound a week, you'd still lose over 50 pounds by the end of a year. I was able to lose about 10 lbs over the summer without too much difficulty using these techniques.

I know this is a year later. But this reminds me! I was watching a True Life video about people who stutter and one of their names was Tim. I’m going to school to become an SLP (speech language pathologist) and we luckily got Tim as a guest speaker! He told us how they portrayed him to seem like he is really poor can’t pay for his rent has no food or clothes but he said the reality is that he was doing just fine. He couldn’t get a job which is true but he just moved into the house and had financial support from his parents. At this time Tim is an SLP who stutters. Idk just wanted to share bc showed similarities to the True Life series where they just wanted that drama
