I'll Show you how STRONG Xueyi & F2P Acheron is in MoC 11 v2.6

It took me 2 cycles to get through this part with Qingque. The second half took me 12 cycles because I don't have a second strong character.

Yeah, after Fugue released I recently uploaded an updated version and now Xueyi can also clear the first half in 2 cycles as well. The second half is a bit difficult, I tried using Clara (E1S2) using a 4 star team just as a baseline with Hanya, Lynx & Hunt M7 and it took 7 cycles, granted I didn't play it too well so a faster clear is possible along with better supports if you have them. Other than that, Luka is still a pretty viable F2P option with say a Superbreak team with HMC, Hunt M7 & Gallagher.

Sorry for the late reply, there are a couple issues I came across while doing this but to give you the TL;DR; - Xueyi w/Aeon s5, relics swapped, takes 1 extra cycle (25) - Acheron w/GNSW s5, E2'd recently so it's a pain to keep track of ult stacks -1, rest is rng taking 6 cycles (19) not doable because damage is lacking but if you're lucky it could take 1 extra cycle (20) instead of 2 (19) Long ver. - Xueyi relics swapped: CD Body -> CR Body, ATK Boots -> SPD Boots, Salsotto -> Talia swapping ATK rope to BE rope. This is mainly to compensate for the loss of BE and rebalance crit ratio. I didn't really expect using Fall of an Aeon to take 1 cycle longer compared to Indelible Promise - Gonna get this out of the way first, I E2'd Acheron a few days after making this video and I mentioned this in the description prior of this being my last 'F2P' acheron run at e0/e1. I guess it's still doable but it's just a pain keeping track of her ult stacks and offsetting by -1 and purposefully overcapping as the run goes on. Regardless I didn't really put much thought into this so maybe it could be easy to keep track of her stacks but idk I'm lazy. On Acheron's half, if Gallagher is hit enough times, you can use his ult right before the puppet puts someone to sleep and Acheron ult to disrupt its ability, you'd have to use Pela's ult and if you did enough damage you should be able to clear the 1st wave in give or take the same amount of turns in this video 2nd wave w/Aven though I feel like if I actually did put more time into it I think it's possible to clear in 5 cycles but because of the lack of damage & all that I can only safely assume it takes 6 cycles so you won't be able to 3 star it You'll just have to take my word for it and chalk it up to skill issue and me simply being lazy to do this all over again so I apologize for that. Really this was just done for fun and honestly I'm sure there's better options over Xueyi that could clear a bit faster so it could fit Acheron's 6 cycle clear.

if i were to use fugue in this team, who should she replace?

Sparkle would more likely be replaced since Fugue pretty much brings Super Break back but it does kind of defeat the purpose of Hypercarry Xueyi if that's what you're going for with Fugue. Alternatively if you can survive long enough you could opt for a sustainless team and replace Fu Xuan. RM could be replaced because Fugue does cover what RM & HMC does but you'd lose a few things especially the SPD buff RM gives so Xueyi won't be able to meet Talia's req. if you're using that so instead you could just opt for Salsotto unless you somehow meet the SPD req with subs alone. If you don't care about RM's Util then Break Efficiency wise if you have E1 Fugue it would make sense to replace RM completely.
