There is a way to get granny permanently locked in the sauna. If you make her go in the sauna and just close the door (don't put the board down) and then knock off the bumper on the car, the granny should walk against the wall of the sauna for eternity allowing you to beat the game without granny. This is in the mobile version. I did this once and it was awesome!
