Just stop eating between meals, *eat at the right time* and eat the right things. It's not about preventing yourself from eating things, it's about controlling and adopting the good habits. It won't come all of a sudden it takes time and a lot of motivation 🤗 And last but not least, exercise. Workout, go at the gym, play tennis, swim, run ? Do whatever please you as long as you DO IT cause no one will do it for you 🤗 it's been now a few months I've changed my habits and lost already more than 10kg, if I can do it why not you ?

Great advice but for most people eating in between meals is actually good for them but the person must eat the right food...she must eat like 6 meals a day... 3 big meals which is breakfast, lunch and dinner and in between small healthy snacks

Cαll Mє Hina a snack inbetween every meal is good for you though, as you could eat too little otherwise. People often have a snack before or after a workout as well! Snacks and/or shakes that have a lot of protein in them are especially good if you’re going to exercise! Having a snack is absolutely fine, as long as your eating diet is a healthy one. Starvation isn’t a good way to lose weight after all!

Another thing: Don’t diet because you want to be slim like Bella Hadid or your skinny friends. Don’t do it to stop getting bullied for your weight. Don’t do it because you hate yourself or feel pressured to get the weight off. Do it because you want to be the BEST and HEALTHIEST version of yourself. Set small goals at the beginning such as cutting out sweets and gradually increase those goals overtime. Exercise and do more activities that require movement. Start maybe eating some veg with your rice. Maybe bok choy, zucchini, carrot, peas. Have a big bowl of salad next to your pasta. Eat more low calorie veggies in your meals because that will make you eat less of the carbs (and calories in general) more nutritious veg

instead of big plates I'd recommend choosing small ones and then eating your meal slow af and filling the rest up with water. If ur still hungry you may eat a banana, an apple, a piece (or two) of dark chocolate or a handful of nuts. That's what I do and i was never fat to begin with but nowdays I look in the mirror and I'm like ''Wow'' .. xD

It is hard to loose weight, when you go to school. Cuz everyone eats a lot of sweets and junk food. And then there's you... I remember my mom gave me 1 sweet. And I said to my friend as a joke: "let's put it here and wait for the next year" and then one of my classmates said "mhmm, like someone LIKE YOU can hold that long". I didn't care, but it still hurts. I better get punched in my face than get called "fat or loser". I can fight, but fighting isn't the option, I never wanted to be sent to the principal... Cuz then I feel all the guilty on my back...

Wow that classmate was so rude. Being judgemental without even understanding you, I'm sorry. I always feel self conscious at school, even when I look my best it's hard not to see all the skinny people and not feel jealous. My Dad said something about the same to me, and he's always disapproving of my weight but he never buys the right food. And when he does, he is never there to help me stick with it. When you get to your ideal weight, unless you love yourself enough already not to feel the need to change, I will be rooting for you! :')

@Stormnado it is by everyone different to loose weight how i did it.. my only problem was actually eating sweet things, as in chips snacks coke starbucks almost everything.. When i take the decision to loose weight i stopped eating these sort of stuffs, and began to eating more healty things drinking more water just changed my whole eating process. Ofcourse no sugar in my coffee or tea doesn't care what you drink but no sugar more water, when i did that it helped me verry much and what i did in the beginning before i began to loose weight was always weighting.. to see how much i weight if you just dont think about it and dont worry about it there is nothing whats gonna happen but if you do the opposite.... You will see the difference about it thats how i begin and just on daily days began to walking more, more activity that sort of things now these days i am just doing more as in exercise and that sort of stuff ... But why i exercise richt now is because i dont want it that my skin is going to hang, if you know what i mean how more i will loose weight how more i get a chance that my skin is going to hang.. Long story i know, and if there are faults in the way of speaking or why spelling English.. My excuses its because of that i came from an other place, Thank you for reading if you did ;)

my personal trainer told me flat out dont worry about the numbers on a scale. worry about what you see and how you feel. i exersize a few days a week and im not even pushing myself hard. i weigh myself once a month and so far ive lost 6 pounds a month. this is without changing my eatting habits. im the kind of person who struggles very much to lose weight but what the trainer told me really helped me put my mind at ease and i found i wasnt stress eatting as much and i was enjoying the journey. i was enjoying just exersizing rather then focusing on losing the weight.

A really good way to avoid gaining weight by overeating is to instead of eating three full meals, eat smaller snacks throughout the day, like an apple for breakfast then a small chicken salad an hour or two later or whatever you want. Eating three full meals makes you more likely to overeat, so that’s why a lot of people do this. This is just one way though! Exercising is also not only a way to lose weight but is healthy and you’re more likely to live longer if you exercise and eat healthy. (:

Thea sometimes missing meals has the opposite effect of what you intended. Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I think missing meals or starving yourself makes your body think that it needs to store energy and food “just in case.” So really, you gain weight by doing this, and not only is that an unnatural and unhealthy way of losing weight, when you get back to eating 3 meals a day, your body will be really confused. One time, I kept on skipping breakfast because I would be late to school, when I finally ate in the morning, my stomach hurt so much. Idk if that’s unnatural, but that’s what happened to me.

I find that if you eat crackers/fruits/salads as snacks while drinking lots of seltzer water if you feel hungry even after a meal or snack, it helps with cravings. Eat lots of protein and more whole grain carbs. Drink less juice and stop drinking soda.

The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Try intermittent fasting where you only eat for a certain amount of hours and don't eat for the rest of the hours. Most effective ratio has been 16:8, eat anything for 8 hours and fast for the rest. Or try a keto diet but it will be challenging if you don't have the right foods.

I moved out and into an apartment. Because I have to pay for literally everything (with my roomies), I stopped going out and buying fast food. I ate all the food we had and I’ve lost weight. I didn’t even notice until my mom told me it looked like I had lost weight. She didn’t say it to make me feel better and I’m in a good place so I wasn’t like “ooooo yay imma stop eating so I can lose more!!!” Instead, I thought to myself, damn that feels good to know I’ve stopped eating fast food all the time and eating when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m full. I’ve bettered myself and it feels great.

I started dieting and exercising last year around Thanksgiving, I weighted 236 pounds , now I weigh 211 pounds. I haven't lost much but it's something. My goal weight is 120 pounds . I'm 16 and I'm 5 foot.

I lost 8 kg in two months without being on a diet. The only things I changed about my eating habits is that I stopped eating after 8 p.m, and I eat until I'm no longer hungry and not until I'm stuffed. I did go to the gym during these two months but didn't do any strenuous exercises. It's all about your eating habits!

I was pretty fat for a wile. But I lost all my unwanted weight and became thinner and a lot hotter looking. I got attention from people who told me I was very pretty and have a nice body. Little do people know that a few years ago, a fat me got very sick. I couldn't hold food down and was dehydrated all the time. Within a month I dropped 30 pounds. After the sickness ended I had a swollen throat and couldn't swallow a lot of food. So finally when I got better I was thinner but still had the big breast and butt. So I got a hot body from becoming sick. Even though I look good now, that was still the worst time of my life

For the people who don't know you can try fasting basically what you do, is you don't eat or drink from sunrise to sundown it is so effective and it's very healthy even ask your doctor but when you are hungry don't drink WATER it loses the whole point of fasting.
