200g lentils.

Вы можете отказываться, а детям хлеб необходим, так как там много. Клетчатки и витаминов и отказываться от хлеба это глупо, у моего сына непереносимость глютена и я бы отдала всё , что бы он ел хлеб

Greetings from Bangalore, India, Red lentils - we call it masoor dal - is a very common, staple lentil used here. We don’t bake bread with it though. I have been eating salads and soups which are common in the west every night for last 18 + months and have lost about 34 kgs...and you are showing me a lentil bread for same result😀. A good exchange programme I think. The bread looks very good and I will definitely try baking this. If it comes out well it is perhaps possible to use different types of lentils or even a mix of them. They are rich in protein. Thank you for the recipe.

Доброго времени суток! Вы пробовали печь такой хлеб? Что получилось !? И где вы брали псиллиум? Можно ли вместо него отруби ( я пеку хлеб с кукурузными отрубями).
