I've seen this combo when I was like 4 or 5 on I love Lucy. The last time I saw I Love Lucy from KTTV like 4 years ago and was 12 or 13 years old and it lacked the Viacom logo. No Viacom logo just straight to Commerical after Desilu.

Me too. I remember seeing the Viacom V of Doom logo after the I love Lucy credits. I saw I Love Lucy again in 2005 and it had no Viacom logo. The V of Doom Viacom logo was last seen and was removed in 2004 so from there it goes straight to commercials after the credits.

Naturally, there was no Viacom logo on this series prior to 1971. However, the original closing credits were against titles designed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera (then still at MGM, and remained so until the series' cancellation in 1957, the same year MGM's cartoon division was dissolved and then Messrs. Hanna and Barbera subsequently forming their own studio that July 7) and featured sponsorship tags.

The Viacom warp speed V of Doom is also at the end of "The Honeymooners" episode, "The Man from Space" on PIX 11.
