I've been a professional chauffeur in NJ for many years. About 10 years ago, I had the distinct honor of driving Mr. Amos home 🏡 In all of my years of driving, I had never had a client ask me to come inside and offer to make me a cup of coffee ☕️ except for Mr. Amos. It was one of the nicest gestures that I can remember anyone doing. RIP Mr. Amos 🙏❤️

YES! We should say our own personal public “thanks!” When I reflect on those memories-his body of films especially-I’m glad he stayed around!! I’m glad there WAS/IS a John Amos “on the record.” He represented exactly what was needed-and so often absent-in films, in personal appearances, in interviews, etc. America-concept was richer for him. Godspeed, John Amos. 💔♥️❤️♥️🤎🖤💛🧡🤎🍁🍂🕯🍁

NOOO I'm done with Hollywood. He deserves some respect on his name, the fact that he died last month and it's just now being reported by the media is insane but yet we know everyday what Kim Kardashian or someone else ate for breakfast
