OMG, one of my favourite 'vadas'. I love this ' vada' so much dear, not only as a snack for tea but also as a side dish with' sambar' and white rice. The only difference is , I place another prawn with shell on top of every 'vada'. The ones I make are wider, to enable to place the prawn and press it in a bit, so that it does not drop off. I shape the 'vadais' and place them on a tray before lowering them into the oil. When one side gets the golden brown colour, I very carefully turn them. It comes out crispy. Oh, I wish, that I was somewhere near you, I would without being shy, knock your door for a cup of tea and enjoy this wonderful snack dear. Your viewers, who had not had this 'vada' before would simply love it and agree with me. What a wonderful treat with tea. Thank you dear, for inspiring me to cook it this Sunday. All the best.
