Wonderful to hear that a tiny amount of bodyidentical testosterone given back to this lovely young woman turned her life around: no more misery and suffering, but back to feeling energetic, sleeping well and being productive. I loved this story.🤗 All the best and thank you for sharing your story! Thank you Dr Louise for your valuable work: you keep empowering women with knowledge all around the world through your Podcasts and social media! 🙏 Best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪

The bleeding returning is a good sign that you actually have a physiologic dose of estrogen to grow a uterine lining but also new bones cells, new neurons in the brain, and repair the heart. Felice Gersh MD in Irvine CA talks about cycling estrogen and progesterone to get the full benefit of both. Don't want to ride the gas (estrogen) and the brakes (progesterone) at the same time.

As doctors all over the world have to explain: do not read the little inserts in the medication box: these warning labels dot come with every product that contains hormones are just plain WRONG. They were written for old synthetic hormones that were used in the USA 20 years ago (hormones made from pregnant horses' urine!!!) that have nothing to do with modern bodyidenticall transdermal HRT!!!!!!! Just get informed more rhrough the very educational podcasts of Dr Louise Newson (not the most recent ones but those that are a little older where she concentrates on the basics) and then make an informed decision and take your hormones! I did the same and I feel so much better! I just wish I had known of Doctor Newson ten years earlier! Best wishes to you from Germany 🇩🇪

... and of course exercising and a healthy diet are essential! I would always prefer giving my body back its natural hormones than figh high blood pressure with ("hardcore") expensive betablockers (which might work better in men because they have been tested but many of this medications have not been tested on women properly 🙄!!!). You should know that transdermal estrogen does not increase clotting risks. On the contrary, it might even be the only way to naturally reverse the aging process and keep your heart, your bones and your brain healthy! 🙏💪

@@35delois 50% of women who start HRT start some form of bleeding or spotting. It's normal at the beginning and should not scare you...

Hi, I collected great interviews with very knowledgeable women (doctors, often BC survivors) to empower you. The same specialists often also have podcasts on HRT and heart disease risks, perhaps those can help you with your decision making! But just one word in general one can say that modern transdermally applied HRT does not increase your risk of stroke or clots, but on the contrary it can even lower it. Have a look at the podcast auf Dr Louise Newson, she has got plenty of Podcasts also on heart health: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aILTkoyjibyGrNUsi=i2teC68cQt0O5ToQ kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHPQhpeQhMxniNksi=Qdk-FqsUbHkr1izH kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYDNaKpmnNKmgrssi=NzmR2TyCvlwu4T68 kzbin.info/www/bejne/rprcnWBjqr-eorMsi=-v8020CgV6jF3z0E kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYm9hIKcacSto6csi=Nwv7PRwU5zniPm3e kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZ7SlY1rfa53jacsi=RTe3rScEk0Q5ueAD kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2O4mIibaN95pM0si=3pU4qdp2qmA7eucd kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXqceGWgiLuppa8si=j0qKEw7yRUYJiCQ4 kzbin.info/www/bejne/roGolIGonsmnnsUsi=Hh-TSECso1M1Sm-y kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIuUYZyeg5JnrMksi=c54xRAXfsRURX5OI kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIfddpuufttqiJosi=P368ZWpnNhIMX1YH Best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪

Too much waffle on this.....IMHO. I don't care to hear it all. Just checking the comments for actual content of the video.
