I just believe that I believe that I am going to make a video and it’s gonna go viral and that video is just gonna take me over the top, you just Gotta believe in yourself, you were absolutely right God created me with the spirit of excellence and When he made me just as when he made you each and everyone of you, he made beautiful things in a you have to see yourself the way he sees you and if you see yourself, that way the world sees you that way as well. I know it never ever stops him every meal every day it’s always in the back of your mind you know what you’re eating do you know how fast are you walking to just everything are you lifting weights does it it’s all love it are you are you standing a rack? Are you using your posture you know you stretching in the morning when I get up it’s just all of the little things. Am I parking farther away and you’re not getting those extra steps you know I’m a job I’m walking 12 hours a day on my job that helps out a lot but yes in our 60s if you wanna maintain it, just gotta continue you Gotta keep grinding. I don’t think we stop doing things because we get old. I think we get old when you stop doing things so I still do the most every day.😊😊

I work a 12 hour shift on my job and I thought I’d be able to record videos after work at night and you don’t answer a 12 hour shift.
