dude I can tell you're SO much happier now that you're off it! I'm so so proud of you! And you really have helped so many people with your incredible documentary. I'm sure you've motivated so many to quit. I am an empath, and I'm always seeking a way to understand what people are feeling. Your doc really helped me feel what you and so many other people feel when they're going through withdrawal. Now, if I ever meet someone struggling, I can help them through comfort, understanding, and a general shoulder to lean on ❤️

I'm a 18 almost 19 years old cigarette smoker, tried the first time when I was about 12/13, started smoking at 15, habe been smoking almost daily since then. Started drinking a lot, vaping and doing all sorts of drugs since a very young age, and currently have being overmedicating with antidepressants and other pharmaceutical drugs. Have being dealing with nicotine (of every sort in existence, literally) and alcohol addiction, I am improving from my mental health issues from trauma and psychosis, have being hallucinating and hearing voices, but for the first time since te beginning of my depression, at 12 years old, I am improving, and becoming happy and healthy again. Mentally improving, but not being able to quit all of the stuff. Your content is inspirational, and helped me.

Believe it or not, this might be the most important post you'll read Everyone of us has broken God's moral law, the Ten Commandments. We have all lied, stolen, hated and lusted. And James 2:10 states that breaking one of the Commandments makes us guilty of breaking them all. Problem is, we can never outweigh our sins through good works because the Creator is perfect in Holiness, meaning His standard is far above ours. And He is also perfect in Justice, meaning not a single sin will go unpunished. And the punishment of sin is being cast into hell, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth with no end. Ever. Fortunately, God is also perfect in love, so 2000 years ago, Jesus Christ left His throne in Heaven and came to this earth as a man. He lived a perfect, sinless life and He so loved us, that He took the punishment of our sin, when He suffered horribly on the cross. Isaiah 53 tells us that his face was marred beyond recognition and that he suffered more than any man. But right before His death, Jesus said "It is finished" meaning the the debt for our sins was paid in full. But on the 3rd day, Jesus conquered death and He was resurrected. So that means now, we can go free from the wrath of God's judgment not by earning it, but rather as a free gift of grace, if you accept Jesus. But, a gift can either accepted or rejected. So if you want to accept the free gift or forgiveness, of grace, and of salvation, this is what you should do: Humbly admit to God that you have sinned against Him, and through gratitude in the sacrifice of His Son, repent (turn away) from your old sinful ways. Then, confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, your Savior. Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried, and was resurrected 3 days later. Roman's 10:9 and 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 says that if you do this you are saved. I'm not telling you to get religious, because Christianity is not a religion, but a relationship with God. Religion says DO, but Jesus Christ says DONE! Ephesians 2:8-9 says For it is by grace we are saved through faith, not of works, lest any man should boast. And the moment you do this, God will grant you a new heart, which does not take pleasure in sin and He will give you eternal life. Nothing on this earth even close to compares to what awaits believers. What you do with this information will determine where you will be for Eternity; meaning surrendering to Christ is the single most important decision you'll EVER make. And all of us here, believer or atheist, know that this is very true. Jesus Christ wants YOU to come to Him this very moment and I really do hope you put your faith and seek Christ because your tomorrow isn't guaranteed. You could die at any moment. Hebrews 9: 27 "It is appointed unto man once to die, but after this, the Judgment." All praise and honor to Jesus Christ, King of kings, Lord of lords.

I quit 7 months ago as well, a bit after you. I still have some low level cravings, tbh. But only when something reminds me of it - people vape a lot at parties, in public, or even at the library(?) and that tends to trigger it a bit for me. I was able to quit because a dear friend of mine started making me AA-style chips for every day I didn’t vape. That really pulled me through because someone cared about me enough to want me to stop and to do that. For me, my mental withdrawals in the beginning were location based. Nothing made me want to vape more than being in my bedroom, which was an L because that’s where I live LOL. So, I stayed out of there as long as possible until I had to go to bed.

When I was in my late teens e cigarettes weren’t a thing, I’m turning 30 very soon. But cigarettes were. I started smoking for fun at the age of 17 because it was cool. I just smoked for fun sometimes with friends until I turned 19 and started smoking a lot. Something a pack per day. After trying to quit so many times it was so difficult. I would go months without smoking and then would crack and get a pack 😒 I was smoking on and off till the age of 27. I quit for good and it’s the best decision ever! You can always quit if you truly want to! It’s never an easy process and took me years but it’s worth it 👍😁

- Damn, that sucks **hits vape** Okay but beside jokes I really loved the documentary and I realy find it inspirational, not only in the spectrum of vape but in the other parts of life too. To be honest this documentary realy opened my eyes on problems a lot of teenagers/young adults strugle with and how often other people understimate them, or just don't understand. Your documentarys are realy making people to move on with their lifes in a better way. For example your heartbreak documentary helped me so much when I was at my lowest after I lost someone. You're making people feel better, and all you do matters. Keep going with it, because there's purpose.
