It took you a long time to finally face it, but now after watching Frank's video you're convinced that we're not supposed to put anything in our lungs but air. Vaping is much better when it comes to harm reduction compared to smoking, but still isn't completely harmless. Some people use vaping as a crutch to quit smoking. However our lungs aren't designed to vape or smoke with. Cheers to everyone trying to quit!🙌❤💪

Exercising feels so much better already and I’m able to go for runs without feeling like my lungs are going to explode within the first 3 minutes. There was plenty of hard times with major cravings and mood swings but quitting smoking and nicotine was the best choice I have ever made in my life. Love is not a feeling. It is a choice. Feelings change every day. If the relationship is healthy, stick it out. If the relationship is toxic, leave. Only you know deep down if the relationship you are in is healthy. There is nothing worse than breaking up with someone and realizing later on you made a huge mistake because you may not be able to get her back. In this life, all we have are our experiences and the relationships we have with other people. Choose wisely and never betray the people who have been down for you since day 1.

Because some smokers live to be 80 or 90. It dosen't mean is related to quitting if they never get a smoking related illness even if they smoked for 15 years it still dosen't mean its related to quitting. Does anybody here know if vaping is lowering testosterone levels?
@Tambrose04057 ай бұрын
Testosterone levels are plummeting due to the food you eat, water you drink, genetics and the fact that birth control is being used all over the world for women aged 14-40. (Water is neither created or destroyed, when you put a huge population of women on birth control who proceed to pee, and gets in the water cycle it is going to cause lower Testosterone in males who consume it.) Combine all those things in addition to whatever addiction you may have, the outcome is low Testosterone and effeminate men.

The smoking industry has evolved so much since I gave up smoking in 2012 when I was 21. I’m not 33 and have not touched a nicotine product for 12 years, but Ive been curious to try vapes for a few years now. I brought one yesterday and could immediately predict where it was going, they taste nice. I forgot how nicotine made me feel, I literally just threw it in water. Im not going down that path 😅

Wait a min this guy just said like “oh dont start drinking more or smoke a bunch of weed and replace one addiction for another” and then goes on to say “im promoting our new crave less gum to help you with clarity and focus and reduce cravings”🤨
@Tambrose04057 ай бұрын
Because the gum is not addictive lol there is no chemicals in it to become addicted to.
