What not with other interviewers as a Scottish person myself it’s almost like he isn’t happy with where he’s from quite insulting tbh

@@AntoniaXx. John would talk to anyone who's Scottish like Lorraine with his original accent but anyone who isn't Scottish he speaks with the American accent

​@Shona.. it became his default accent after he moved to the States as a kid, and he was bullied at school for his Scottish accent so he started speaking with an American one to fit in, he still speaks with his native accent with his family and any other Scot he is speaking with after he is comfortable with them. If you watch earlier interviews with Lorraine he speaks with his American accent but once he got to know her better he automatically speaks with his natural one
