Okay so, I'm GUESSING, since the games story takes place over nearly 2 decades, the original serial killer dies at some point to unknown circumstances, hence why his body was super old and gross. I suspect that the killings stopped at some point because of this (probably a year + before the divorce), but the MC's obsession kept him from dropping the case even though there were no more killings/evidence. So Kevin being the little shit that he is, takes up the mantle. It's not very obvious that his only victims are Tony and Carlos, cause it doesn't really make sense that they are, yet that's what the game is having us believe. Also, I don't know why Carlos became a target after discovering the fingerprints of the original killer. I think it's a poor attempt at a red haring that amounts to basically nothing. The ending was bad and silly, so the correct reaction was definitely to laugh at it lmfao. "Our first roid baby died, so let's make some more!" ~ Wife Edit: Impressive for a 16 year old, but I'll hold to my critique.

I have a questions: If you (as the detective) had to cut the chain link fence in the sewer, how did the kid get passed it to chase the dog and crow? And why we're you sent to dive to get the body? They should have used a crane to lift the box out. Opening the box underwater destroys evidence.

It's not that old! LOL I love how they have this really old-fashioned music playing, but it's supposed to take place in the 80s. IDK what year cops started wearing body cams, but video cameras did exist back then. They were in color and recorded sound and everything! 🤣 I love how in the beginning especially it felt like the 1940s, but it was really supposed to be 1968. Those were two extremely different time periods. Not a lot of people were listening to big band music on record players, they were listening to Jimi Hendrix and The Rolling Stones.
