I'm A Failure

On this health journey video, come work out with me while I hike trails in Hawaii, the MakaPuu Light house trail, Diamond Head, and KoKo head. On these hikes I pushed myself in ways I have not pushed myself in awhile. This motivational video honestly captures my struggles and what it took to keep on going. I've learned not to fear failure, but to embrace it. It's my motivation for a better, healthier, fuller life. Failure is a part of my journey, and I am going to use it to push towards long term success. I hope this inspires any of you working to make changes for your health, to trust and challenge yourself- even if you might not succeed. Failure can be a great motivator.
