IN TRYING TO COVER FOR THEIR BOSS, THE BOARD HAS SHOWN THAT THEY HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORDS FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY AND SHOULD RESIGN OUT OF SHAME OR BE VOTED OFF FOR BREAKING THE LAW.

Rose must go if she is incompetent. Totally illegal behavior by her and a board that clearly is not up to the job of looking out for depositors.
