Compete with one another for doing good... it is a different kind of thrill, I think 😊... Seek for help. A support group among Muslims can help. It is a slow and sometime painful process getting out of addiction. Have help, be patient (sabr) and prayer (salah). May Allah SWT blesses the person. Let's pray for him/her.

The best way to be free from addiction is to commit shirk and pray to Mohammed! Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 643 Anas ibn Malik reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If anyone says the prayer on me once, Allah prays on him ten times and removes ten errors from him." If Allah is the almighty and only creator why does he pray and to who else? Islam is such a mess even Allah himself and Mohammed committed shirk! Unbelievable!
