Great to see you again! I didn't know you in your glory days but once I got interested in Undertale I just had to watch your videos. I've talked to him about that and he really just doesn't have it in him, for a lot of reasons. He knows that it would be expected, and to a degree wanted, but he isn't up for it. And tbh he always wanted to be able to do other videos than *just* undertale ones anyway, it's just that when he tried in the past, they didn't perform as well, and he got a lot of angry comments about it *not* being undertale.... Hopefully this time people will understand that he needs to move on, and actually let him, and still support him.
