I'm All out of Words Maple Syrup 2024 #5

I'm out of words and honestly, most of the time this Maple Syrup gig is quiet time. Lots of time to sit in your thoughts. This was a warm 74 degree boil giving around 2 gallons bringing us up to 10.75 gallons on 52 taps.

Nice is you season over by choice or by Mother Nature? I have about 100 gallons that I am trying to keep cool so I can boil tomorrow morning after work.
