I’m totally with you on the anti-to-do list! Regular lists can feel so overwhelming as they just keep growing. I love the idea of breaking tasks down into more manageable lists.

Great insights on rethinking productivity! I love the idea of the "Things I Have Permission Not to Do" list-such a refreshing perspective. I'm definitely going to try out the "Things I've Already Done" list to help shift my focus.

This statement resonates deeply with me because it acknowledges the overwhelming nature of traditional to-do lists and offers practical, stress-reducing alternatives. As an entrepreneur, I can apply these methods to prioritize crucial tasks, delegate effectively, and celebrate my accomplishments, enhancing both productivity and morale. By adopting these six innovative lists, I can streamline my workflow, stay focused on significant goals, and maintain a positive outlook on my progress, ultimately leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Great video! Thanks for these insights. It can be really stressful to see unfinished tasks, but focusing on what's already been done seems like a really great way to keep your mental health. And of course, Zapier helps with this too. Awesome)

I prefer to be caught by surprise deadlines than to spend the time actually thinking ahead and "planning".
